Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@mallochs.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Fees
UK customers: Returns are free. You can generate a prepaid return shipping label via Royal Mail here.
International customers: Return shipping and restocking fees are deducted from your refund, as follows:
- 🇺🇸🇨🇦 USA & Canada — £35 return shipping + £10 restocking fee (£45 total)
- 🇪🇺 EU — £20 return shipping + £10 restocking fee (£30 total)
- 🌏 Asia & Oceania — £45 return shipping + £10 restocking fee (£55 total)
Get in touch with us at hello@mallochs.co.uk to request a return. We will notify our shipping partner who will generate a label which we will then share with you.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please notify us in advance of returning it so we can reserve the required size for you. Contact us at hello@mallochs.co.uk.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Items purchased with a gift card are not eligible for a cash refund — a credit note will be issued instead.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Please notify us in advance of returning your item to ensure we reserve the required size to exchange for you. We will then send to you once we receive .
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on items purchased with gift cards. You can exchange an item bought with a gift card otherwise we will issue a credit note.
