Please note international orders are now subject to customs fees, import duties, and local Value Added Tax (VAT) imposed by your country's customs department or local government. These charges are not included in the total price displayed during the checkout process on our website.
Customs and import regulations vary from country to country, so it is essential to familiarise yourself with your country's policies before placing an order. Malloch's is NOT responsible for payment of this duty. Please consult an online duties calculator before placing your order. In addition, please make sure your contact details are correct in order for the carrier to make a prompt delivery. In the case the item is not deliverable it is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional fees that occur, such as return and reshipping fees.
These additional charges are typically collected upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to settle these fees may result in the package being returned to us or potential delays in delivery.

We offer a range of delivery options including UK Express, EU and International delivery*. Orders are processed and packed within 24hrs of receipt of your order (where possible). If orders are made over the weekend then they will be shipped on the Monday.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you so you can keep track of its movement. Once it leaves us we can't control the time of delivery but will endeavour to assist as best we can if issues arise. Fulfilment of orders are done by our warehouse and fulfilment team at My Retail Distribution. You may receive emails from them regarding your order's tracking no.
*couriers may vary. We use a combination of DHL, UPS, FedEx and DPD ensuring we use the best options available to us depending on locality.
Please notify us if you would like to return your items. We will then issue you with a returns label and charge according if you're returning an international order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please notify us in advance of returning your item to ensure we reserve the required size to exchange for you. We will then send to you once we receive .
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on items purchased with gift cards. You can exchange an item bought with a gift card otherwise we will issue a credit note.
